Additional Fees
Late Fee: The All-Star season spans from May to April. Monthly tuition payments are due between the 25th and 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be applied the day after the due date. Tuition will be automatically deducted each month. Additionally, a late fee of $25 may be incurred for delayed competition or All-Star packet payments.
Travel and Spectator Entrance Fees: These expenses are the responsibility of each family.Families are accountable booking hotel accommodations in advance, and if registration at a specific hotel is mandatory, ample notice will be provided to facilitate timely reservations.
EXIT FEE: An exit fee of $500.00 is applicable. Departure of an athlete during the season, for any reason, disrupts the program's stability and impacts all athletes negatively. Upon withdrawal from the Rage All-Stars Program following the first monthly tuition payment, the athlete must pay the exit fee and sign a formal release. Any payments made towards packages or competition fees will be forfeited. Depending on the timing of withdrawal, USASF may require additional release forms before the athlete can join another gym's program.
NO RELEASE FORM WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE EXIT FEE IS SETTLED.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ATHLETES LEAVING THE PROGRAM, WHETHER
TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER GYM OR EXITING ALL-STAR CHEER ENTIRELY. This
includes payments made for uniforms, practice sets, organization shirts, bows, registration,
choreography and music fees, and/or competition fees (including coaches fees), regardless of
whether these have been paid or are pending.
This EXIT FEE is applicable to all athletes leaving the program, irrespective of whether they
are transferring to another gym's program or leaving all-star cheer entirely. Its purpose is to
safeguard advance payments made on behalf of the athlete and/or the athlete's team.
If a uniform has been fully paid for before the athlete's departure and has not yet been
delivered to the Program by the vendor, the athlete may choose to receive the uniform and
settle the $500.00 Exit Fee, or surrender the uniform to the Program and pay the remaining
Exit Fee amount.
