Our jump class primarily focuses on flexibility. Jump class is a combination of deep stretching, strength, and technique. Jump class is held once a week, for 6 weeks. Join a class today!

We also rent out mat space for your own team practice. Practice can consist of any cheer team, dance team, hip hop team, yoga class, fitness class, zumba class, etc. We also rent out our space for quince practices, team & coach meetings, private tumbling with any independent cheer coach.
