​​​To enroll in a tumbling class, please register using this Tumbling Enrollment class. Pay the first month's tuition of $60 plus the $35 registration fee and an administrator will call to assign a class time.

Level 1  

•  Front Walk Over
• Back Walk Over
• Round Off Back Walk Over
• Front Walk Over Round Off Back Walk Over
• (Note: Straight legs, pointed toes)

Level 2    

• T-Jump BHS
• Back Walk Over BHS
• Round Off BHS Series
• Front Walk Over BHS Series
• (Note: Straight legs, feet together, pointed toes)

Level 3

• Standing 3 BHS
• 4 Jumps to BHS
• Specialty Through to Tuck
• (Front Walk Over, Arial, BHS Step Out)
• Running Punch Front Forward Roll
• Note: Proper set technique and height of tucks, good speed and legs together in BHS)

Level 4    

• Multiple Jumps to BHS Tuck or Layout
• Standing Back Tuck
• 1 or 2 BHS to Layout
• Specialty through to Layout (Whip or Punch front) (Note: St. Tuck with feet together, all layouts with proper set technique and straight body position)

Level 5R    

• Toe two to full
• 4 Jumps to Tuck
• Punch front through or whip through to full

Level 5R    

• 4 Jumps to Tuck
• Toe 2 BHS to Full
• Standing Full
• Standing BHS’s to Double Full

Double Full Specialty through to Double Full (Note: Multiple jumps to tuck landing with feet together, all twisting skills with straight body position (exception st. fulls) and completed twists)
